A modern-day country hard rock act best describes the artists known as band CAGE & FOCX. Formed by the mega talented members, Gibson Cage and Anthony Focx, CAGE & FOCX took the Nashville scene by storm delivering a brand-new sound of country rock. Nashville native Gibson Cage, lead singer- songwriter, has developed a unique blend of Southern Rock, Outlaw Country music that has earned him a warm reception in Nashville. He has enjoyed appearances on the hit ABC TV series ‘Nashville’ and awarded the ‘2013 Top Male Vocalist’ and ‘2014 Entertainer of the Year’ by Nashville Universe. Guitarist and studio extraordinaire Anthony Focx hails from Los Angeles, CA and has worked with many platinum artists throughout his career as a guitarist and/or audio engineer. Anthony is also the guitarist for the hard rock band Beautiful Creatures (Warner Bros). Anthony is no stranger to the live stage as the band Beautiful Creatures performed on tours such as The Rolling Rock Tour, Ozzfest, KISS and Marilyn Manson.

Anthony’s studio credits include mastering work on the following record label projects; Conway Twitty, Patsy Cline, Waylon Jennings, Canned Heat, Daughtry, Aerosmith, Metallica, The Dead Daisies and many more. Anthony has appeared in big screen movies and also had Beautiful Creatures songs featured in the television series ‘Smallville’ and ‘Sons of Anarchy’ as well as the movies ‘Rollerball’ and ‘Valentine’.

CAGE & FOCX are unique artists who have joined forces to create a new sound. Gibson states, “I enjoy blending all of our styles and visions. Anthony helps to hit the line between New Country, Southern and Mainstream Rock. Our writing and recording together has been a serendipitous experience. We’re combining our influences to help make a new sound. Bass guitarist David Locke and drummer Jim Phipps (Every Mother’s Nightmare) help to round out the lineup.

CAGE & FOCX will be releasing their debut album ‘Shotguns & Cadillacs’ in June 2018 on HighVolMusic. A new video for ‘Tonky Honk Bounce’ is already circulating.

Fran Cosmo exploded onto the Rock scene when he took over for Brad Delp as the lead singer for the Legendary group BOSTON in 1992. Fran was featured as the lead vocalist on the “Walk On” Album which sold over a million copies worldwide. Certified Platinum in America and certified Platinum in Canada.

Fran’s Lead vocals was also featured on four of the songs off the “Corporate America” Album and both of BOSTON’S Greatest Hits. The song “Livin For You” in which Fran also sang lead on was the only LIVE BOSTON song ever released on the Greatest Hits Albums.

Before joining Boston, Fran was a highly respected lead vocalist and was the lead singer and co-song writer for Both the ORION THE HUNTER and Barry Goudreau Albums. The Song “So You Ran” was an MTV hit and climbed to number #4 on the US Billboard Charts. The band then toured with Aerosmith’s “Back in the Saddle” Tour.

The band also features Anton Cosmo former member of BOSTON. Anton wrote and performed four songs off the “Corporate America” Album and performed as the backing vocalist and guitarist on the 2003-2004 world tours.

The legendary “East Coast Rock’n’Roll” group John Cafferty & The Beaver Brown Band began their career in 1972 and achieved mainstream success in the 1980s with the “Eddie & The Cruisers – Motion Picture Soundtrack”.  The hit single “On the Dark Side” held the “Number-One” position on the Billboard Rock charts and the MTV video charts for “five” consecutive weeks.  The album sold over 3 million copies and was certified triple Platinum by the RIAA.

The title track from the group’s 1985 follow-up album “Tough All Over” became their second “Number-One” single on the Billboard Rock charts and the song “C-I-T-Y” reached the Billboard Top 20.  John Cafferty’s solo track “Hearts on Fire” was featured in the Sylvester Stallone film “Rocky IV” and he received his second double Platinum soundtrack award.  Over the years John has placed 35 songs in major motion pictures.

Today John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band continue to tour and bring their exciting live shows to fans around the world.  In 2012 they were inducted into the Rhode Island Music Hall Of Fame.

Peter Rivera

There’s no mistaking Peter Rivera. He is the Original Lead Singer/Drummer of the Motown group Rare Earth, 69-75. His voice is perhaps one of the most recognizable, soulful, powerful voices in R&B Rock History.  Peter sang among others, GET READY, LOSIN YOU, HEY BIG BROTHER, BORN TO WANDER, AND I JUST WANT TO CELEBRATE!!!

Growing up in Detroit with Motown’s musical influences, he fashioned his vocal niche with a precision that is so finely tuned that even today fans over the world are stunned with his performances. Three of his 5 top 10 singles have been recently used in National Ad Campaigns ie: AT&T, Gatoraid,  Ford, 2008 NBA Playoffs,  08 Summer Olympics among others. Millions of People over the world would recognize his voice without even knowing it. These same hit songs have been used in Major Motion Pictures and movie trailers ie: Knight’s Tale, Tropic Thunder, 3 Kings, etc. Peter has been performing concerts for over 40 years. His energy is tireless. His performances are polished. When Peter Rivera sings and plays it is truly a musical experience you won’t forget.

 Danny McCollim, A graduate of the Berklee College of Music, Boston, Massachusetts. In his senior year he was a member of the prestigious “Berklee Recording Band” under the direction of Herb Pomeroy. Dan also received the “Hank Jones Award” that year. An accomplished pianist, composer and arranger, he has performed with the Spokane Symphony under Gunthar Schular, the Spokane Jazz Orchestra, the Violin Jazz summits I, II and III under Gunthar Schular and such artists as saxophonists Michael Brecker, Richie Cole, Frank Foster, Bud Shank, Lew Tabakin and Ernie Watts; trumpeters Freddie Hubbard and Jack Sheldon; trombonist Conrad Herwig; guitarists Howard Roberts and Larry Coryell; vocalists Ethel Ennis, Ann Marie Moss and Robert Vaughn; drummers Dave Weckl, Steve Smith; the Mills Brothers, the Platters, the Drifters, The Cab Calloway Orchestra, The Diamonds, The Four Aces, and numerous local groups in the Spokane area, like blues bands Charlie Butts and the Filter Tips and Mumbo Jumbo.

Danny is currently on the faculty at SFCC teaching courses in Jazz studies and Music Production in the popular Audio Engineering program.

Guitarist Joe Brasch is an award winning teacher, composer, producer, performer, mixer and engineer who lives and breathes music in his hometown, Spokane Washington.

As an instructor, Joe helped create the Commercial Music/Jazz Studies Program at Spokane Falls Community College. That program produced some of the areas’ finest musicians including Myles Kennedy (currently on tour with Slash) and Roy Jackson, owner and founder of “Learn to Burn.” The Civic Theatre hired Joe to prepare Brian Gunn for the starring role in their production of “The Buddy Holly Story.” This production shattered all previous box office records at the Civic.

As a studio musician, he has written and recorded music for all the major networks, including 2 show opens for National Geographic and an acoustic package for Oprah Winfrey. His compositions have netted him an Emmy, a Promax award and placement in the Dreamworks production “She’s the Man” starring Amanda Bynes.

As a performer, Joe is enjoying long partnerships with Peter Rivera (former lead vocalist and drummer for the hit Motown recording group, “Rare Earth,”) and “The Trailer Park Girls” with Doug Clark, the award winning columnist from the Spokesman Review. .

In the studio, Joe has just finished co-producing and mixing some new tunes with Peter Rivera, co-mixed the new cd from local bluegrass legends, “Big Red Barn,” and produced, engineered and mixed the new cd for local artist Ed Sinclair.
